On April 14, 2010, the patient underwent total gastrectomy for a gastric cancer which was not scirrhous . At that time, swelling of several regional lymph-nodes, including those in the paraaortic region, were observed. Then, he further received chemotherapy (IV, per os) 30 times. He was told that he had 2 months – 6 months to live. Chemotherapy was discontinued at the end of Aug. 2011. He visited our clinic for the first time on June 1, 2011. Microwave irradiation was started at his first visit and carried out 22 times until the end of December, 2011. His condition started to improve in October, 2011. CT Images at the beginning of December showed that two of three swellings had disappeared, and CT Images at the end of 2012 showed that the last one had disappeared. As of the end of October, 2012, the patient is very well with no reaction to the cancer energy.
